Based on the findings of our site-visit and systems audit, our team will provide a detailed cost-estimate for your unique provision of IT support services.

 

Step 4: Systems Onboarding

Our IT technicians will return for another site visit, develop a deeper understanding of your business and begin the onboarding process of introducing you to our remote management systems and other required software.

 

Step 5: Identify and Fix Urgent Issues

Once onboarding is complete, our team will identify and fix any urgent issues you may have that drove you to contact an IT support company.

 

Step 6: Ongoing Support Provision & Review

We provide continuous IT support to the client and regularly review their systems to ensure optimal performance.
